Internal Steps

These are a set of internal steps. They have been designed with ergonomics and saftey at sea in mind. The bottom step protrudes out past the top step making it easy to find with your feet as you desend and more room when you asend.

They are 400mm wide and 800mm high overall. On our boat they can be folded up on their pivot because we store the porta potty under the steps.

We do provide instructions with each of our kits but please note this one requires experiance when it comes to fibreglassing. This is a load bearing object and therfore needs stengthening in the right places. On the core material we provide a 5mm channel, both on the underside of the actual steps, and the insides of the legs. These channels are basically filled with fibreglass and then a coat of glass over the entire set of steps is the process. Again we used 400gsm biaxial 100mm tape and epoxy resin.
