Hatch Combing System

This system is designed to take to difficulty out of build a complex hatch combing systems, giving your boat a production type finish

It suits a hatch cutout of 600mm at the base flairing to 800mm at the top and is 607mm high.

The inside slot will take a splash board/vertical hatch from 6mm up to 19mm. The outside slot will also support from 6mm up to 19mm depending on your bulkhead width. If your bulhead thickness is only 6mm like my boat, you use filler or epoxy glue to fill the slot before placing it into position. Simply line up and wipe the excess away.

The system comes as a kit and comprises 7 peices which are alighned with 8mm dowels before glueing together and fibreglassing to the boat.
