Deck to 6mm Hull Edging - Digital

This is the digital version of 3D Boat Builders 6mm Deck to Hull Edging. Print as many as you like.

This edge is designed to take a flat deck to hull connection to the next level. It is very curvatious and designed to slot onto a 6mm hull side. There is a flat provided to take the deck material. In this case 19mm foam. It is easy to fibreglass and when finished much stronger than a direct flat deck connection.

It is printed in 100mm sections and losely joined by two 8mm dowel joints. This allows the individual peices to naturally follow the curve of your boat as you lay each piece. We have three variations, 6mm,9mm and 12mm depending on your hull thickness. The deck shelf is designed to take 19mm foam. This profile is easily adjusted free of charge should you require custom sizes.
